Prospecting

Every morning when you read newspaper or when you listen news, what u read or hear is.. Recession is coming, Inflation is hitting the sky, everyday one more company is closing , more job loss.. everybody in the panic situation..everybody is looking for some miracle to stop this bad time before it reaches to us.

Being a real estate agent its not a very good news, how hard u try to convice buyer, that this is the golden time to buy a property when market is slow. Buyer has an advantage over the seller in many ways: 1.price - you can buy your dream home in much cheaper price than before 2. choice : more choice , since more listing in the market and less buyer 3.Interest rate: still a very low interest rate which is much afforadable if one is shopping for home.Bonus : Many builders are offering excellent intensive..

Well since market is slow I decide to do some door knocking to ease of some tention. So I bundled up in my warm clothes and started ..I knock on first door lady of the house opened the door and so me with suspiciously, I gave my flyer and told her who am I , oh ok than she said she is not ready to sell and what is the market price..she kept on talking about hundred and one thing and when I asked that would you like to receive a Newsletter from us ..oh no i am also real estate agent thank you very much but you need more training ,why dont you join my training school ..soon you will be earning big bucks ..I asked her than how come she is living in a semi detached house ..she slammed door on my face .. not a very good start I say. I try many door but most of them were not at home. Some of them were senior citizen , some were young citizen so i finished my door knocking without any sucess.

Middle of the Night

When we wake up middle of the night ,it so difficult to go bacjk to sleep. One tries double time but without any result,sleep refuse to come. And what happems when u are awake middle of night, house quite, u hate go to kitchen to get cup of milk, cannt switch of tv ,cannt work on computer afraid ofwaking whole house. So u stay quitely in bed not moving so yr partner wont be disturb. There you lying quitly but your mind is up and working overtime making you more restless.

you are thinking about your stupid friend who has no sense of how to dress and feeling proud of yourself that how smart you were looking or thinking about your smart friend who isnot only smart but femme-fetal of the party, so u start finding some fault in them to pacify yr inflated ego. Now your wondering mind find another victim to analyse..so u are looking here and there in dark where u suddenly see yr partner, poor soul sleeping so soundly and peacefully and boom ! u found the perfact victim to shredd into pieces. you are angry that he doesnt care abt u , how he does certain thing to annoy u , or how he refuse to help u out to do house chores ..my my so u start planning how to tackle him in the morning and punish him for sleeping like a baby .

And suddenly u fell sleep and Boom ..! next time u wake up its morning and you smell wonderful coffee yr hubby dear is stading there with coffee cup in his hand ...and u start thinkingg what a wonderful Husband..!! What wonderful life is...

soul weight..!!! Amezing

My daughter was reading somewhere that when one person dies his weight is 12 pounds lighter then when he was alive. Scientis still puzzled by this , they couldnt figure it out the reason of this sudden weight loss. But Spiritual Pundits believe that this is soul weight , so when person dies soul leaves the body.

Happy Diwali

This is one of our best festival . We light candles, we make lots, lots of different kind of sweets , we greet each other with much happines. Every where is love and happiness. People come out from there loneliness , depression and enjoy this festive atmosphere.

I was just thinking any festival we celebrate , we try it much harder to make more memorable if there are children in the family. Children make so much diffrence in one's life.They are joy, trouble, problem but without them this world become so meaningless.

Celebrating festival is becoming easier and expensive. You just have to have money. Still it fun to celebrate .

Party

Yesterday I was at friends party ..i felt that it was very quite and dull. Food was good , but company was very very boring ..nobody was having anything to say to each other. children has oganized some antakshary game but it seems nobody was interested in it.

I was thinking how ppl carry big egos with them, as it is we are carrying our own overweight and with this burden of extra baggage we become obese. We should look into our egos carefully should analyse it is it worth. Not only it spoils our relationship with every humanbeing we come into contact with, it also spoils our vision toward our life, our goal.

Himesh Reshmmiya

Just wonder why ppl dislike him so much ..he is talented, hardworking and come up in a very hard way so why so much hatred towards him.

His movie Karzz is not bad at all ..it is much better than so many bollywood movies. But ppl are just critizing it without even watching it. I just wonder bcoz he has done a good job, which is shocking to them or they cannot accept anybody whoes last name doesnt end with Khan or kapoor.

He tirelessly promoted his baby ...wonderful ..i just admire his confident...

Accept
